International Women's Day

Today is International Women's Day - a day to celebrate and be grateful for the women and girls in your life and to recognise and be grateful for the opportunity for them to achieve their potential in a social, economic, cultural and political context that not all women of the world have to date. International Men's Day also exists on November 19th - a day dedicated to celebrating men and boys.

Trinity College Dublin's School of Education are hosting three events to encourage discussion and reflection around the influence of women in education, the perception of their role in society and towards parity. #pledgeforparity
